Before you start
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. Sign up, choose a plan and start building your website right away. You only pay when your trial ends and you decide to continue.
What happens when my trial ends?
You will be asked to pay for your plan. Your website stays online for a short grace period so you have time to renew, and nothing you uploaded is lost.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Plans that include a custom domain let you connect a domain you own, like yourname.com. Every website also gets a free yourname.lensqivo.com address.
How do private albums work?
Mark an album as private and set a password. It is hidden from your website, and only clients you share the link and password with can view it.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. The new plan starts once it is paid, and any time left on your current plan is added to it.
How do clients contact me?
Your website has a contact form and a WhatsApp button. Messages arrive in your dashboard, where you can reply by WhatsApp or email.
